No warranty of any kind or guarantee of performance is offered for any reason. We do not explicitly nor indirectly give any promise of qualification or acceptance of any user submitting their information via our Site by any product and/or service providers affiliated with our site. Every affiliated product or service provided in connection with our Site is independently responsible for their own actions regarding the handling of the User after receiving User information.
User IP Address
Each time a user visits the Site, our web server automatically recognizes the user’s IP address and the Web page from which the User came. The User’s IP address is used to help identify the User and to gather broad demographic information about the User. We also use IP addresses collected to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer the Sites, and to better serve users in using the services and features of the Sites.
Cookies and Action Tags

Transparency: We believe that the best way to do business in this day and age is to be transparent. We built our campaign marketplace with this kind of transparency in mind and expect our vendors and advertisers to keep the same attitude.
Compliance: Marketing compliance according to all applicable federal and state laws is both expected and required. Beyond legalities, however, we also expect our vendors and advertisers to respect the privacy and rights of the consumer. Like our “no rebuttal” policy, we do from time to time implement rules that go above and beyond the basic compliance mandates currently enforced.
Privacy: Maintaining the privacy rights of the consumer is expected of both vendors who generate initial interest all the way down to the advertiser attempting to make a sale. Handling sensitive personal information must be treated as important as it is to the consumer whose information is being handled. Keeping updated contact information, opt out and do not call lists is also required and must be shared.
Professionalism: StockBlogs.com Inc is a professional business organization, including the affiliation with vendors and advertisers, and we monitor all parties involved to ensure that all dealings are conducted professionally and business-like. This covers all dealings with consumers and transactions between vendors and advertisers.
Telemarketing: Vendors and advertisers who telemarket to leads and data are expected and required to follow all state and federal telemarketing laws including, but not limited to, all state and federal Do Not Call rules, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and all other applicable rules and regulations governing the practice of consumer marketing by phone.
Email marketing: Vendors and advertisers who email market to leads and data are expected and required to follow all state and federal direct email marketing laws including, but not limited to, the CAN SPAM Act of 2003 and amendments from 2008. It is also important to maintain and update opt-out lists for all campaigns and follow up marketing programs.
SMS messaging: Vendors and advertisers who SMS message as a means of mobile marketing to create opt ins and/or inbound telephone calls are expected and required to follow all state and federal and state laws. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring proper and conspicuous opt-in action of a consumer’s mobile device and including opt out capabilities on every message. Maintaining a current opt out list is also required.
Other marketing: From time to time our vendors will use other forms of marketing to generate consumer interest in our advertisers’ products and services. These include TV, radio, direct mail, door-to-door and print media.
